Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. During peak back-to-school season (July–August), please allow up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS and USPS. Standard shipping rates apply at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven’t received a tracking number within your expected processing window, email us at info@crestandcollarschoolwear.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@crestandcollarschoolwear.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
