Sizing
We strongly recommend measuring before ordering — we keep returns simple, but a good fit on the first try is always best.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 3 business days. During back-to-school season (July–August), please allow up to 5 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Returns & Exchanges
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Items with custom embroidery or personalization are final sale.
Embroidery & Customization
Crests, names, and other personalization are stitched in-house. Once embroidered, items can’t be returned, so please double-check spelling and sizing at checkout.
