Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items with custom embroidery or personalization of any kind
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale at time of purchase

Custom-embroidered items are made to your exact specifications. Please verify spelling, school name, and sizing carefully before placing your order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@crestandcollarschoolwear.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. We’ll respond within one business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

If we made an error or the item arrived defective, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
